Using your breath to guide you, Mat Body Sculpt is a 45 minute class designed using foundational movement patterns that incorporate balance, strength and coordination.
You’ll be feeling the burn but in all the right places. We’re working to lift the booty, sculpt and strengthen the tummy and tone the arms whilst raising full body awareness.

Low on heartrate but high on vibes, our stretch and release class on the reformer provides a low-intensity option to calm the mind and body whilst increasing flexibility and range of motion.
A gift from you to your body, this series of stretches will improve your posture, flexibility and blood flow but also relieve muscle pain, tension and mental stress. Flow through our full body stretch before or after a workout, in the morning or at night to feel rejuvenated, relaxed and aligned.

A nurturing class that invites you to move with intention and awareness. This practice is a combination of gentle and dynamic yoga, where a single movement unfolds over several breaths, offering a mindful approach that honours your body. The slow nature of this class helps you develop body awareness, builds sustainable strength through controlled movement and improves balance and stability.
YIN YOGA
Enjoy a relaxing session that involves long holds in various seated and reclined postures that target the deep connective tissues, fascia and ligaments. This slow, meditative practice encourages stillness, invites introspection and quiets the mind. These deep stretches are a great addition to exercises that activate the big group muscles like heavy lifting, Pilates, running and any HIT workouts.

Experience deep relaxation and energetic alignment in this yin yoga class that’s focused on balancing the chakra system. Sound healing works particularly well with yin yoga because the long, passive holds create space for the vibrations to penetrate deeply into the tissues and energy pathways. In addition, each chakra is associated with specific frequencies and vibrations, so this class creates a multi-sensory experience that can lead to profound release and rebalancing.

Offering the same benefits as a standard Essence class, this controlled-flow session is designed at a slower pace to emphasise precision and deep fascia engagement. With a focus on deliberate, mindful movements, it promotes strengthening, lengthening and mobility. Ideal for those who prefer a gentler flow, individuals navigating peri/post-menopausal hormone fluctuations, or anyone incorporating Pilates into their rehab journey.
