With a background in weight training, I discovered Pilates in 2019, but it wasn't until 2020 that I truly understood its power. A year in, I realised it wasn't just about movement - it was about intention, form, and breathing.
That epiphany changed everything. I fell in love with connecting to my body and with consistency the physical changes followed. I felt strong and in control.
Working out became my escape!
Fast forward 5 years and I finally decided to take my love of fitness and wellbeing to the next level. I wanted to give back - to make others feel as empowered as I do post workout.
As an instructor, I'm form-focused, strongly believe in the mind-body connection, and all about a holistic approach to wellness. I believe everyone deserves to feel strong, confident, and at peace - whether you're a busy mum squeezing in self-care, someone rebuilding after an injury or wanting to gain a sense of body confidence.
Working out clears my mind, makes me feel invincible, and brings me joy.

Created by founder Paolita, our private at-home studio was designed for those who are ready to move beyond busy class environments and experience Pilates the way it was meant to be - personal, focused and results-driven. This is your time to reconnect mind and body in a calm, intimate space where every session is tailored to you.

Using your breath to guide you, Mat Pilates is designed using foundational movement patterns that incorporate balance, strength and coordination.
You’ll be feeling the burn in all the right places. We’re working to lift the booty, sculpt and strengthen the tummy and tone the arms whilst raising full body awareness.
Suitable for all levels. -
Whole body workout using a resistance based moving platform known as a Reformer bed.
Using deep muscle activation, Reformer Pilates will target your core stabilisers providing you with total body strengthening, lengthening & toning.
